Please note — color choice matters: This sewing chalk pen uses a water-soluble formula for easy cleanup. Yellow and Pink carry a stronger pigment than White, but none of the three is intended for silk, nylon, or chiffon — see the fabric note below before marking a delicate fabric.

Choose the chalk color for contrast against your fabric — Yellow and Pink carry a stronger pigment than White. Do not use any color on silk, nylon, or chiffon; test on a fabric scrap first for any delicate material.

Hold the pen with a natural grip and turn the dosing wheel to dispense chalk evenly. Mark lightly for patterns, embroidery, or guidelines — light lines help protect the fabric and remove cleanly.

Use on cotton, knit, leather, and similar materials. Do not use on silk or nylon. When finished, wipe or rinse marks with water as needed, replace the protective caps, and store the pen upright in a dry place.
