WARRANTY

Warranty for sewing machine parts

This page explains how Sewphee handles warranty claims for sewing machine parts and accessories. Coverage depends on the product listing and how the part was used. Contact us before sending anything back.

DEFECTS

Manufacturing faults

If a part has a manufacturing fault, arrived damaged, or we sent the wrong item, start a claim with your order number and photos.

DETAILS

What we need

Send the sewing machine brand, exact model number, the product you ordered, and photos of the part and packaging.

PROCESS

Message before you ship

Do not post the part back until we confirm whether a replacement, refund, or inspection is the next step.

Usually covered

  • Manufacturing defect in a correctly used part
  • The item arrived damaged, incomplete, or we sent the wrong part
  • You contacted us with the order number and machine model
  • Replacement or refund after we inspect, when the claim is approved

Usually not covered

  • Damage from forcing the wrong bobbin class, shank, or accessory
  • Wear from normal use, oiling, or modifying the part
  • Claims without order details, model number, or photos
  • Change of mind after the part has been fitted

How to start a warranty claim

Message us first. We review the order, the part, and the sewing machine model before we approve a replacement or refund.

  1. Contact Sewphee

Use the support form with your order number. Do not ship the part until we confirm what to do next.

  2. Send machine details

Include the sewing machine brand, exact model number, and photos of the part, any damage, and the packaging.

  3. Wait for confirmation

We will confirm whether a replacement, refund, or return for inspection applies.

  4. We inspect, then settle

If the part needs to come back, we inspect it in the agreed condition, then process the approved replacement or refund.

Compatibility and warranty

Check the product listing against your sewing machine brand and exact model number before you install a bobbin, presser foot, or accessory. Warranty does not cover damage caused by fitting a part that does not match the machine.

Replacement or refund

If a claim is approved, we replace the same item when it is in stock. If it is not in stock, we offer a refund or a suitable alternative you agree to. Replace this paragraph with Sewphee’s confirmed warranty timing once that policy is final.

Keep the packaging

Keep the packaging and unused parts until we have reviewed the claim. Photos of the original packaging help us check what arrived and how it was packed.
